Faculty Overview

CIBES has a highly qualified, motivated and dedicated faculty which aims at providing competency based quality education to the students, to inculcate in them the ability to utilize their maximum potential for leadership roles in the future. The faculty members are encouraged to work towards excellence by reacting to market changes to develop new opportunities for the students to meet the challenges of the changing business environment. Our faculty thus attempts to adapt to the dynamics of the national and global economy and focuses within its teaching, on strategic innovation and analysis of trends, eventually enabling our students to add value to their organizations and thereby achieve leadership rules. The faculty at CIBES explores the potential for influencing processes, within the regular syllabus, by which the students progress towards achieving their potential level of physical, mental, social and economic development and well being. CIBES believes in combining the traditional approach to teaching, blended with modern methodology, not only to ensure that students have a solid understanding of their subjects but are able to treat the taught elements as frameworks around which they are encouraged to work, allowing them a structure base for research and reading. Hence, our faculty members try to ensure that learning must also take place beyond the timetabled teaching, through intellectual argument, debate and further research and reading, creating an environment of dynamic learning where instead of set views, they develop new perspectives.
